Insulation	Spray foam insulation is applied to deckhead, walls and bulk heads.
Cladding and Trims	A choice of oak or ash veneered plywood is fitted to the walls, deckhead and bulk heads with solid wood cappings and trim to match 9mm bulk heads 6mm below (gunnel) 9mm cabin sides 4mm deck head All  internal timber is treated with two coats of  premium 2 pack lacquer
Electrics	12volt wiring tails dropped behind paneling in conduit to your spec and location. All 12volt wiring is colour coded and is terminated in the lighting track ready for the main feeds to be installed. 240volt ring main wiring fitted with sockets to your location.
Other Features	Adequate mushroom vents fitted to deckhead, water tank treated ready for use, vents fitted to fore and aft doors.
Sailaway Lined Additions:
Electrics	240volt ring main completed with double brass/chrome sockets, Shore hook up point, 1800wat sterling inverter and RCD fitted. 12volt 2 x 135amp domestic leisure 1 x 110amp domestic batteries fitted serviced by 2 x 80amp dedicated alternator, all feeds fitted and connected to tails with 16 way distribution panel fitted.
Central Heating	Webasto diesel central heating fitted with 3 radiators plus towel rail to your spec.
Plumbing	Plumbing system connected to twin coil calorifier with hot and cold tails to services in bathroom, galley and toilet.
Bulk heads	3 x full bulk heads fitted to your spec
Paint	Paint work completed two colours and a coach line with non slip applied to roof, gunwhawles, fore and aft decks 1 coat of primer 2 coats of under coat 3 coats of gloss

Our payment terms are £1000.00 deposit with confirmation of order, balance upon completion but before hand over. All narrow boats are to be handed over at Orchard Marina, delivery to any other location will occur an extra cost.
